You read it right, I couldn’t believe it either when the DHL courier delivered a special package, containing the new Nokia E7 Communicator and autographed by the man himself – Stephen Elop, to my office late yesterday afternoon, via our friends over at WOMWorldNokia in the UK.
I will be reviewing the E7 in greater detail in the next couple of weeks, but first it’s play time and for the first two or three days – that is exactly what I will be doing with it. Last night I was up till 03H00 updating the E7 with the latest Qt 4.7.2 and extras, then came the games, apps and email set-up – which all ran smoothly with no hiccups or errors.
Finally got that all done and after a couple of hours of sleep, I was up again early this morning to start familiarising myself with the communicator, reading the all important MANUAL – yeh, right – as if I did 
– I knew you wouldn’t believe me – but on a serious note – you should read the manual each time you get a new device, and now I am just having fun with the E7. This post for example is being written on my E7 – the QWERTY keypad is awesome – that’s all I’m saying for now.
