Something big is happening in Austin – Texas at the SXSW, tomorrow and Tuesday next week – we don’t know exactly what, but an intriguing video was released recently by WOMWorldNokia via their YouTube Channel and also appearing on Nokia’s NSeries website.
Upon further digging I came across an intersting session that will be held during this years SXSW – the Nokia Opportunity Hour at The Belmont on Sunday March, 13th 2011 where an exclusive Q&A session with Tero Ojanperä from Nokia and Peter Verterback from Rovio (Angry Birds) will occur discussing the future of mobile entertainment and it seems that there will also be lots of hands on time with the latest version of Angry Birds and attendees will also find out about exclusive product launches at The Belmont.
Finally – some of you will remember last year’s International Angry Bird Day that was celebrated globally on the 11th December, right? What about Juien Fourgeaud’s Mobile Gaming Rig (MGR) that included a Nokia N8 and a mini projector connected via HDMI that was tested in London on that day?? Cool??
Well it seems that Julien is in Austin at the SXSW as well and has taken two MGR prototype rigs with him, at the request of Nokia and Rovio to showcase at the event. So yeah, there is something definitely big to be announced and with all of the above happening, what are your predictions??
