Firmware update V52.0.007 for the Nokia 5800XM

The Nokia 5800XM has received a firmware update, this week to version V52.0.007 An important update which contains some performance enhancements and bug fixes.

The update is currently available both Over The Air (OTA) and via the Nokia Software Updater software.

Here are some of the changes to expect in this update:

  • Great new features
  • Updated applications
  • Performance improvements

    Remember that although the Nokia 5800XM does have UDP (User Data Preservation), it is always recommended that you backup your data before you update your device with the new firmware.

    If your device is not updating to the new firmware, don’t despair, as it may take some time for the new firmware to be available in your region. So once you have updated the firmware, please let us know via your comments below what your thoughts are on this new release.
