Well you can now, because Nokia Beta Labs have just released yet another experimental application called Nokia Situations (these guys never sleep, do they??). With the application running in the background, your device automatically senses the situation you are in (e.g. based on time, day, location, available networks) and adapts to it according to your preferences.
