It’s not quite clear as yet what this is all about, but Nokia and Rogers in Canada have launched a promotional site allowing people to register so that they can be notified when the pre-order is available. As you all might already know, Stephen Elop announced this week at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona that the Lumia 900 was going global and one of the first countries in which it will be released is Canada, so it isn’t out of the ordinary to see mobile operators starting to advertise the new addition. What is interesting, is what is written at the bottom of this particular ad:
“When you pre-order a Lumia 900, Nokia and Rogers have a surprise for you. Hint: there’s a hero rising out of the darkness.”
Could this be movie tickets, passes to the premiere screening or maybe a special edition of the Nokia Lumia 900??
